  ~ ~ HOW TO CRACK AN INTERVIEW WITH CONFIDENCE ~ ~


1) WHAT'S YOUR PASSION?
You answer this question relating to the field of Job interview.
For example: If the interview is about BANKING, you answer by saying that you are passionate about banking, Indian economy and so on....
But suddenly the interviewer sends you in shock by his comment: "I thought your passion was Photography (as described in your resume)."
In such situation, you need to be very stable and respond by saying that I am passionate about Banking academically and towards Photography as my hobby.
2) TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF?
You should start with... I am a honest and hard working person. I am from .... I have done my graduation from.... My father is ..... likewise
But you should remember that your response should not be too lengthy. You should focus more about your personality traits such as "punctuality" and your academics relating to the job that you are applying to.
3) WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST STRENGTH?
It can be something like "being a team player " . Be honest and try to support your response by a real life situation such as "I coordinated particular event at my college".
4) WHAT'S YOUR WEAKNESS?
Interviewer respects your honesty and he/she has ton of experience in interviewing. So, you can't bluff in front of them. So, you should tell them honestly about your weakness but at the same time, you should also tell the interview panel that you working on overcoming your weakness.
5) WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?
You should carefully study the Job description before the interview and relate with your personality and academic skills.
For example for a sales job you should tell them that I am persistent and convincing.
6) WHY OUR COMPANY?
You should have done your prior homework about the company and should be able to talk about job prospects in the company.
7) SO YOU ARE STUDIOUS? or WHY SO LOW MARKS?
You should be able to answer by implying a valid reason . For high marks you can say that I am hardworking. For low marks in a articular year, you may talk about any valid hobby/ illness.
ABOUT LATEST ECONOMIC NEWS & CURRENT AFFAIRS?
You should be ready with current affairs related to the sector or company.

1. SMILE :-
This is the essential prerequisite to any communication in the professional world as in everyday life.
2. BE SHORT :-
All recruiters will ask you to summarize your profile and experiences. Present your point briefly and in relation to the proposed position.
3. START FROM THE BEGINNING :-
Speak about your initial education, it is a small but important point. Then talk about your experience from past to present.
4. EXPLAIN YOUR CHOICES :-
Why you chose your university education, your first job. For each change, explain "why you left" and "why you chose your new employer".
5. SPEAK OPENLY :-
About what you have gained from each experience, project, … both personally and professionally.
6. BE SPECIFIC :-
About what motivates you. The situations, products, environments, personalities, etc. And explain why.
7. UNDERSTAND :-
About the position that is to be filled. Ask the key questions in the first interview. Ask the more detailed questions in the following interviews.
8. BE NATURAL AND SINCERE :-
