La French Toast Rolls With Peanut Butter and Chocolate Filling

Ingredients

For the French Toast:

  • 6 pieces of bread
  • 2 tablespoons soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar(as  per requirement)
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
  • 5 teaspoons water

For the Peanut Butter Chocolate Filling:

  • 8.4 ounces peanuts (or storebought peanut butter)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar(as  per requirement)
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Mix water & the flax and wait for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Remove bread edges. Then, roll it out with a rolling pin very flat.
  3. Fill the rolled bread with peanut butter. Then, carefully roll together.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together and dip the toast rolls in it.
  5. Heat up pan with some oil and toast for 2 minutes until they show golden color.
  6. Garnish with melted chocolate and powdered sugar.
